Graduated extension of the spastic clenched fingers and wrist (or can begin with extremely clenched hand utilizing no hand roll insert. With improved extensions of the fingers, graduated sized insert can be used)
Correct and controls radial and ulnar deviation

- Pressure areas or skin irritations appear
- Patient has persistent pain in the wrist, finger or hand
- Patient has increased edema, redness or blisters
