The Alpha Medical Neck Brace will assist the patient with stabilizing and supporting the cervical spine in a neutral position while limiting head movement helping to immobilize the patient's cervical spine. Soft breathable foam padding offers comfort while helping provide superior neck restraint during the healing process. The cervical orthosis neck brace is easy to adjust and use, even while it has already been applied.

This orthosis provides support for a number of conditions, including nerve compression, vertebral alignment, physiological curvature, cervical spondylosis, sprains, fractures, and post-surgery recovery. Use while sitting at your desk, doing your daily chores, attending indoor or outdoor events, or while recovering from surgery or an injury.

The Alpha Medical Neck Brace is a cervical collar orthosis. In the event of an injury, fracture, surgery, or severe cervical stenosis, the patient may need to immobilize the cervical spine. A cervical orthosis is used to protect and immobilize the neck when such a need occurs, providing stability and support where it is desperately needed.

This cervical traction device is easy to adjust, even when putting the device on. The breathable foam padding insert is removable and adjustable, ensuring the user can find the perfect fit, and the orthosis remains comfortable even after prolonged use.

To properly don the orthosis, open the side straps and push the stud through the strap's opening. Put the collar around the neck secured underneath the chin, and use the knobs under the chin yoke to adjust as needed. The height of the collar can be adjusted as well for proper immobilization and a firm fit. Holding the collar in place, attach the upper closure strap and then the lower, and tighten both using the twist dials on the back of the garment. Make sure the collar aligns properly with the patient's body, fits snugly, and doesn't shift position as the patient moves.
