Perfect Pec(tm) Station
The Perfect Pec(tm) Station features overhead variable resistance cams which allow each arm to operate independently for unilateral and bilateral chest, back, and shoulder conditioning. The adjustable seat can be raised to correctly align your hands and elbows with the swiveling hand grips. One-arm reverse flys can be performed at this station for back and shoulder training.
Arm Press Station
The multi-arm press provides maximum range of motion and full adjustability for any size user. The multi-grip press arm system allows for chest, incline, and shoulder press exercises. With the G9S, there's no need to sit on the floor for rowing exercises. Simply grab the mid row handles for a mid and lower back workout to develop flexibility and strength to relieve lower back pain.
Leg Press
