The Beginnings Work Hardening Group includes three work hardening tools that simulate a wide range of on-the-job manual labour tasks. Used separately or in concert, this set of tools will allow therapists to expand their work hardening programs and their ability to evaluate and program exercises for patients.

The Work Hardening Group consists of three tools:
  • A combination lifting box and push cart, featuring an angle-adjustable handle with foam grips for easy pushing and an 80 pound weight capacity
  • A standard lift box with a weight capacity of 100 pounds
  • A hand assembly device composed of 102 parts including bolts, washers, and nuts, all of which can be tightened by hand or wrench

    Using this comprehensive set of work hardening tools, therapists will have the ability to evaluate patients and to execute individualized treatment plans for building strength, endurance, confidence, and the ability to perform work-similar tasks.
