The Bariatric Drop-Arm Commode Chair with Padded Back is made with heavy-duty, powder-coated steel tubing designed to support up to 1000 pounds, ensuring it is suitable for most any bariatric patient. Anti-slip tips on each of the four legs prevent the chair from shifting around even if the patient moves around, and especially during the transition process into and out of the chair. To further smooth these transitions, both padded armrests drop down completely out of the way, allowing caregivers to more easily transfer patients from wheelchairs or beds into the commode chair. The adjustable height means the seat can be raised or lowered to accommodate those transitioning to the commode from a wheelchair, bed, or standing position, and can also be set to ensure the patients feet are firmly on the floor for added stability during the process.

The snap-on seat is extra deep and extra wide, providing more space to ensure bariatric patients are comfortable; the padded backrest similarly adds to patient comfort while on the commode. Why dont the designers understand that you cant wipe a persons bk side whn they the whole they sit on is soooo small. Why in the world would yall make products like that. I hsv searched for a larger opening and found just one that was 8-1/2” x 12” and it was $900. Can you please respond. The only good thg is that the arms go dwn so my husbsnd can slide onto seat.
