With the push of a button, the lift will rise up to the upper edge of your bathtub to meet you where you're at and facilitate easier, safer lateral transfers; another touch of a button, and you can lower all the way down to the incredible height of just 2.5 inches, sitting almost flush with the bottom of your tub. Once lowered to the desired height, the backrest can recline up to 40 degrees to set you at a gentle incline. This can help prevent soapy water from dripping into your eyes and is also significantly more comfortable for most individuals. When bathing is complete, the reinforced lifting mechanism will raise you back up to the lip of your tub. A simple, floating hand control operates all adjustments; the long coil cord ensures control is always at the user's fingertips.

The seat of the lift uses a tri-fold design that spreads out flat when it's reached the top of the tub but folds up to a U-shape when lowered.
