The Afiscooter Breeze S4 Mobility Scooter with a Dual Seat from Afikim Electric Vehicles is a durable four-wheel mobility scooter designed to comfortably overcome a variety of urban and rural terrains.
Afiscooter S series of mobility scooters is the winner of the International Red Dot Award for Product Design that has been appraising the best products created every year since 1955 and the scooter meets the toughest US and European safety standards. The FDA-approved scooter offers a secure, safe, and reliable riding experience for the elderly, people with limited mobility issues, and for those who are living in a community where mobility scooters are more prevalent than motor cars.
The S4 scooter with the dual seat offers a strong and robust chassis with protective plastic shrouds and a rubber shock-absorbing front bumper and is equipped with a panic sensor that will shut off when the accelerator has been over-squeezed. If this happens the user will need to turn the scooter back on to reset it.
The scooter runs on a powerful 24v DC motor that is powered by the two 12v batteries. The batteries also power the indicator switch for the turn signals, brake lights, a backup warning buzzer control located on handlebars, and a fully lit programmable electronic LED display control screen. The control screen will provide the user with information on the scooter's speed, battery life, turn signals indicators, and the miles the user has traveled. The scooter speed can be easily attained and changed with a simple push of a button that will provide ½ speed or full speed to the scooter.
The fully adjustable steering tiller is designed to accommodate the users customized needs that will allow for easier steering maneuverability and offers a steering system and suspension to provide the user with a car-like driving experience.
The high ground clearance will allow the scooter to be driven on uneven and smooth terrain equally well and combined with the four-wheeled design will provide the user guaranteed stability over most types of terrain. The Afiscooter Breeze S4 is equipped with shock absorbers, front and rear suspension, and energy-absorbing bumpers.
The Afiscooter S4 with a dual seat has a driving range of up to 35 miles and will reach a top speed of 9.3 miles per hour. It has a weight capacity of 50-pounds, can easily climb or traverse a hill or ramp up to 20-degrees, and has a 90" turning radius. The front and back pneumatic rubber tires are 10" in diameter with the front being 3" wide and the back tires being 3.5" wide to provide a safe and smooth driving over different terrains.
The 33" wide orthopedic dual seat is designed with a fully adjustable headrest and armrests that will allow both users to attain a perfect seating comfort.
Other options are available such as a canopy, rain sides for the canopy, a cane holder, choice of an old or new model foot pedal, and a golf bag holder.
A 1-year maintenance plan is included.
