More Information

Bailey Manufacturing's Abdominal Exercise Incline Board and Incline Ladder can be used in home, commercial gym, and physical therapy settings to provide an effective, adjustable exercise that saves more space than a traditional sit-up bench would. Resistance levels can be increased or decreased by changing the board incline angle between 4 different ladder rungs. The slant board includes a foot attachment for hooking the feet in for securement, resulting in an effective exercise with no partner needed to hold the feet.

Using the Abdominal Exercise Incline Board and Incline Ladder
This space-saving exercise therapy equipment can be used to facilitate comfortable and effective abdominal exercises. The higher the incline, the more difficult the exercise will be. Crunches and situps can be performed from an incline position. With footholds, there is no need for a partner to hold the feet in place. Add dumbbells during the exercise for an even more intense workout of the arms, chest, and shoulders.
