To better support the back, the R5i is equipped with a flexible, breathable seat back for improved back support that doesnt impede cool air flow. Additional lumbar support helps you power through a hard workout even if you have low back pain.
The R5i is controlled through the dashboard with large soft-touch keys and a multi-color LCD display. The display includes simultaneous readouts for easy monitoring of your workout statistics including program name, date and time, workout time, calories, RPM, distance, heart rate, speed, resistance level, and watts. It also comes equipped with forty exercise programs including four heart rate, ten weight management, ten healthy living, and fourteen sports training, and if you want to customize your own workout program, there are two custom user program slots to save your own. The R5i is also Bluetooth compatible to allow you to synchronize your exercise results with your favorite fitness app.
