Puerto Rico & Guam: All orders shipping to a destination beyond the 50 United States are considered International by Rehabmart Order Processing. The territories of Guam and Puerto Rico are considered international destinations for shipping and payment purposes. Alaska and Hawaii residents may be notified of additional shipping fees (if not pre-calculated in the cart), prior to product shipment. AK and HI residents can then decide whether or not they wish to proceed with the order, if additional shipping fees are assessed.

To our Dear Canadian friends North of the US Border: The most cost effective way to ship products into Canada, clear Canadian Customs, and provide fully insured delivery of the goods, is to simply utilize Zonos CrossBorder, our international shipping logistics partner. You can find this checkout option in the Rehabmart Shopping Cart, prior to inputing payment details. Please remember that International Orders cannot be returned.

Wire Transfer Payment Option: International Customers without access to credit card payment methods may contact the Rehabmart Quotes Team at rfq@rehabmart.com to receive a shipping quote on the product you desire and then pay via wire transfer. ($30 wire transfer fee applies) We will email wire instructions upon request. After wire payment is received, the Rehabmart team will then coordinate International Shipping of your item(s) and will provide email tracking information to the email address you have provided.

Zonos CrossBorder Option: All International Customers (Globally) may checkout online using the "International Checkout" shopping cart icon at the Rehabmart Cart , allowing the purchased items to be transacted and shipped via Zonos CrossBorder (formerly known as Bongo), our International Freight Forwarding Logistics Partner.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED

International orders cannot be returned - all sales are final with International orders.  We have a 30 day return policy on domestic (US) orders, but this is not possible with International orders.  Rehabmart does purchase shipping insurance on all international orders to cover shipping damages which may occur to products during international shipment.  If your product is damaged, notify us upon arrival of the product.  We will file an insurance claim with the shipping vendor so that the damaged product(s) can be replaced.  If a product is returned as unclaimed on an international shipment, shipping fees and product restocking fees will apply.  International customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and levies which may be assessed by the local government upon importation of the product into the customers' respective country. Rehabmart has a team of specialized customer care representatives who focus on our international customers and their unique needs. Our customer service agents can help you with large volume quotes or with other business requests. If you desire a shipping quote, or a quote for a large quantity order, please email our Quotes Department at rfq@rehabmart.com and a representative will then email you a spreadsheet detailing your total order cost, including international shipping cost.

Wire Transfer is the fastest and most secure way to make payment, however we also accept Money Orders, certified bank-cashiers checks, business checks and personal checks. If a personal check is sent, it must clear our bank before goods can be shipped from the warehouse. When using paper bank checks and money orders, please be careful to send your payment using delivery tracking confirmation methods which are offered by UPS, Zonos, and most governmental postal mail providers. Wire transfer is the quickest, most secure, and our preferred international payment method. Please include a $30 wire surcharge fee with your wire submission to cover our bank service fees which the bank will assess to Rehabmart upon receipt of an inbound wire transfer deposit. If for any reason, a refund is due to the customer, Rehabmart Accounting will refund your money in US Dollars by mailing out a Rehabmart company check. Rehabmart will not reverse wire funds back to you.

International customers who would like to use a credit card for payment, must do so via our secure International Payment Processor, Zonos Cross Border. Rehabmart has partnered with Zonos Cross Border, a secure, US based, freight-forwarding International Logistics Shipping provider. In order to checkout with Zonos Cross Border, simply click on the INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT ICON during the Rehabmart shopping cart checkout process. International customers will be able to establish a secure Zonos Cross Border customer account. During the account setup process, Zonos Cross Border will establish a physical US address for you where you will receive your US orders. Additionally, Zonos Cross Border will perform a few security checks where they confirm your new Zonos Cross Border account both with you and your credit card company. This protects you (the International Customer) and us (the Merchant). You can then go online at Rehabmart.com and on other Zonos Cross Border partner sites to shop, purchase and submit online orders from various US-based merchants. After submission of your Zonos Cross Border order on Rehabmart.com, we will then ship your purchased products to your personally assigned US Zonos Cross Border Warehouse mailing address. Zonos Cross Border handles domestic delivery and receipt of your ordered items, they consolidate all of the items you have purchased, even if the items are from multiple website vendors, and then they safely pack everything into a box, and ship your items to your designated delivery address in your home country.
