The Envyy Sleep to Stand Fixed Height Bed by Platinum Health gives users the freedom to stay at home and avoid going to a nursing home by preventing dangerous falls that can happen when getting out of bed. With the push of a button, it can move the user from a lying down position to completely standing up, and then all the user has to do is step away. It can also move users into an upright seated position that allows users to watch TV, read, or eat. This electric bed comes with dual-padded, robust handrails to offer support when getting in or out of bed and provide additional security.

The Sleep to Stand Fixed Height Bed in Twin size is recommended for those under 5'10". The Sleep to Stand Fixed Height Bed in Twin XL size is intended for those taller than 5'10".

This electric bed also has special add on features like its optional mattress that was designed specifically for the Envyy. The mattress is multi-layer foam, fits perfectly to the frame, and is plush enough for you to sink into. You may also purchase an optional 5-sided waterproof mattress protector that helps extend the lifespan of your mattress.

How does the mattress stay on the bed without a footboard?

Answer: The frame comes with a cover that goes over the mattress and attaches the mattress to the frame. This cover will come with the frame even if you decide to use your own mattress.

If I dont get the white glove delivery option is this bed very difficult to assemble by myself?

Answer: There are holes already drilled into the bed and clear instructions, the assembly is fairly easy but the bed frame is relatively heavy (around 200-300 lbs.) which is why paying additional for the white glove option is so attractive to some customers. It takes the delivery team about two hours to assemble and it's one less thing for you to have to do.

What happens if I am using this product and the power goes out?

Answer: Don't worry, there is a battery backup included with this bed in case that happens.

Does this model bed have rollers/wheels on the bottom to be easily moved?

Answer: No, it does not.

Can I use a spring mattress on this bed?

Answer: No, the mattress must be foam so it can properly bend with your body and the bed. The mattress must also be no thicker than 7 inches.

It helps a lot to my wife to go in and out of bed... it’s comfortable too and the remote control gives her help

This bed although the concept is great, is not meant for a smaller framed person like a woman. The seat is too long and without your back against the folded half, it is very uncomfortable when going down and impossible to use if you need the head elevated. Plus NO RETURNS

This bed has been a LIFE SAVER for my father! He's had it for over a month now, and it's made his life (and ours) so much easier. He doesn't have to yell for someone to come help him any longer. We replaced his recliner in the living room with the bed, and he can now get up and go to the restroom or kitchen himself using his rolling walker. I would give this 10 stars if I could.
