The knee support is constructed to contribute to four-way ligament support of the ACL, LCL, MCL, and PCL. The ZK-7 Ultra Knee Support Brace is manufactured to allow the wearer to adjust the straps for a desired fit and compression level. To choose the best size, measure the circumference of the thigh 6.25 inches above the center of the kneecap. If the measurement is between two sizes, choose the larger one.
