The Seca 954 Digital Hospital Chair Scale takes the convenience of a mobile chair scale and combines it with the innovative, fully-integrated EMR system of Seca 360 devices. With the touch of a button, you can send the patients results to their file for updating, or off to a wireless printer for instant hard copies. The smooth-rolling casters and ergonomically-curved handle allow caregivers to easily transport the patient with precise directional control; safe locks on all the casters ensure the chair stays immobile during transitions or other stationary activities.
The 660-pound weight capacity accommodates a majority of patients including bariatric patients and features fine graduation of 0.1 pounds for essential accuracy. Both the armrests and footrests swing out of the way, making it easier to for the patient to get into and out of the chair; the footrests are adjustable to accommodate the patients leg length and the seat is ergonomically contoured for enhanced comfort and support. The scale is also available in a KG only version.
A large LCD display on the back of the chair ensures results are highly visible and features a user-friendly interface for easy operation of the various functions such as TARE and auto-HOLD. The TARE function allows the scale to be reset to zero even with weight on it, as many times as needed. Auto-HOLD keeps the most recent weight measurement displayed even if the patient leaves the chair, giving physicians more flexibility to write down the weight after finishing care of the patient.
