The UMP Sentry Fall Prevention Monitor, which includes tamper-resistant features, alerts caregivers when the resident movement indicates that they are at-risk of falling. Tamper-resistant features include dual button reset, volume an delay switches located inside the battery compartment, and the absence of an On/Off switch.

When the 4-tone alarm sounds, at your choice of the unit itself or remotely at the nurse call station, the caregiver can remotely reset the unit. An LED light indicates when the battery is running low. The UMP Sentry Fall Prevention Monitor powers with a single 9V battery but also includes a DC adapter jack. A built-in Sentry Pad cord strain relief keeps cords organized and out of the way.

Audible alerts can be re-routed to existing nurse call and emergency call systems, including the Stanley Arial Call Station Resident Call Device Solution. This ability to reroute alarms reduces resident agitation that can result from exposure to irritating alarms.

Deters Resident Tampering
Particularly helpful for at-home caregivers, the Ump Sentry includes features that prevent residents from tampering with the monitor settings. Such features include a dual button reset option that requires 2 buttons to be pressed at the same time in order to turn the audible alarm off. Volume and delay switches are located inside the battery compartment, making it difficult to reach. Without an On/Off switch present, the risk of a resident disabling the device decreases.

Multiple Ways to Power
The Ump Sentry powers with a 9V battery, which enables residents to be mobile in their wheelchair while using the device. An AC/DC adapter jack allows the device to be used while plugged into a wall outlet.

Caregivers can visually see when the power is becoming low on the UMP Sentry Unit with the LED Low Battery Indicator Light, located on the front of the unit.

Choose from Chair and Bed sensor pads, available with your choice of a 45-day or 180-day expiration. The extra large bed pad side helps reduce the number of false alarms. All sensor pads are made with easy-to-clean vinyl that wipes clean. No holes are included in the construction.

A convenient T-Adapter for a 1/4" mono plug allows a push button call cord to be used with a monitor.

Remote Call Button
This UMPS accessory item allows patients to call a nurse or caregiver for assistance. The sturdy remote call button comes with a clip so that it can easily be placed where needed. The Call Button measures 7 1/2 ft. long and has a 1/4 in. mono jack.

Nurse Call Cable
The monitor can be connected to a nurse call system with this Nurse Call Cable, which measures 8 ft. in length and includes 1/4" mono jacks.
