When used in conjunction with patient lifts or transfer aids, these toileting slings help caregivers safely and easily move patients who have little to no mobility on their own for safe and dignified toileting. Slings with padded leg support, head supports, and even mesh material for full bathing are available, ensuring all patient and facility needs are met. All sling materials are extremely durable and designed to stand up to upwards of ten years of frequent use.
The safe working load of 600 pounds accommodates even bariatric patients; however, please note that the safe working load of your spreader bar, lift cassette, or other transfer aid may differ, and you should always defer to the lowest safe working load to ensure the safety of both the patient and the caregiver.
