Heart Rate % Profile
This features is one of the best ways to measure your workout. A quick reference of your % compared to the maximum projected heart rate is provided. The LED lights light up in Amber for 50-60%, Green for 65% to 80%, and Red for 85%.
Adjustable Stride
The electronically adjustable stride length adjusts from 18"-24" in .5" increments, accommodating users of all heights. The Spirit Fitness CE850 Elliptical can accommodate walking, jogging, and running depending on the length of stride chosen.
Remote Level and Stride Control
Adjust both the level and the stride length without removing your hands from the swing arms. This works especially well when performing interval work.
Foot Pedals
The Spirit Fitness CE850 Elliptical features 2 degrees of inversion that place the body into an anatomically correct position throughout the entire workout.
