Product Overview:

The Dipsy Switch is a tilt-sensitive switch that attaches to the head, arm, finger, or any appropriate object. Work on posture training by activating the switch with a 30 degree tilt forward or back of the head. This switch works great for students that don't have great motor skills. The Dipsy can be attached to a battery operated toy, light or other visual motivator to encourage participation. To promote a consistent "yes" response, plug The Dipsy into a voice output device recorded with the "yes" response, and a nodding motion will activate the device. Use The Dipsy for activation during scanning, so the user doesn't have to lose visual contact with the screen. You can get creative with The Dipsy and incorporate it into physical activities such as range of motion, reaching, and waving. It can also be attached to moving objects like a rocking chair.
