The Tennis Ball Walker Non-Skid Glide is a device for standard walkers to assist individuals from having to lift the walker completely off the ground when traversing inside a home, facility, or place of business. When outside, the tennis ball glides will provide better stability on uneven or rough ground and surfaces than a standard walker leg tip.
The tennis ball, non-skid glide is constructed with an internal stabilizer that helps to keep the tennis balls from becoming loose and slipping around the end of the walker's legs, becoming unstable and dangerous. The molded internal stabilizer will easily and securely attach to the ends of the walker's legs to help provide walking security and support by allowing the user to glide along a smooth, indoor surface instead of lifting the walker to move forward.
The stabilizer fits into a specialized precision-cut tennis ball glide that will protect the ball from the walker leg's sharp edges, providing an economical extended life to the glides. The glides will fit any standard walker½s 1-inch diameter tubing, and will help protect indoor flooring from scratches and gouges that can occur from a simple hand-made tennis ball glide. The latex-free glides are very durable and are available in pairs or a case of 12 pairs, as well as the replacement glides.
