It incorporates three styles of therapy that work together to provide an enhanced state of wellness in the body and mind.

Hot Stone Therapy relaxes the muscles and is scientifically proven to lower stress and anxiety levels. This therapy style heats the embedded stones in the pillow, releasing far infrared rays and negative ions. The heated stones also impact pressure points on the body, further relieving tension. Hot stone therapy also enhances the effectiveness of the other therapies offered in this pillow.
Far Infrared Therapy emits far infrared rays, which are commonly received from sunlight and are vital to human life. If you've laid in the sun and felt its deeply penetrating heat, you've experienced far infrared rays. These rays penetrate 4"-6" into the body's tissues, temporarily decreasing stiffness, soreness, inflammation, and pain. Far infrared rays temporarily increase blood circulation at the site of contact, improving the quality of your well-being.
Negative Ion Therapy attracts hazardous airborne particles from your surroundings and eradicates them. Negative ions are "nature's purifiers", effectively clearing your environment of harmful properties and counteracting positive ion disturbances.
