"I had purchased a microwave like this from another company after my beloved Hamilton Beach Talking Microwave nuked its last. I liked the new one, but it did not have a roller ring to go under the turntable tray. Consequently, it was hard to keep it level all the time and the microwave would stop in the middle of cooking something, and would completely shut off. If it was something that needed perfect timing, such as making candy, I was just out of luck! You had to start over because the entire thing would shut down, including the timer. Assuming it was the lack of a roller ring, I attempted to remedy the problem by purchasing one that ended up being too tall so didnt resolve the problem. After about a year and a half of this, my husband and I finally bit the bullet and purchased this one, hoping everything was included and that it worked okay. Fortunately, that has been the case, and its so wonderful to put something in it, start it, and not have to worry or wonder if it might shut off in the middle of cooking! It does take a little getting used to, but once mastered, is enjoyable to use. It is nice to have everything spoken, leaving no doubt that it is set correctly.
