R82 Stingray Stroller for Special Needs

Stingray Tilt-in-Space Strollers, available in a variety of stylish colors and a futuristic design, allow your passenger the perfect view for maintaining eye contact. A lightweight carbon frame makes steering easy and enjoyable, encouraging the whole family to get out and explore the scenery. The 180 degree turnable seat, which can be adjusted while the child sits, tilts 45 degrees and reclines for resting. With its ability to adjust, comfort, and lightness of steering, this stroller is in a league of its own. Fold the seat and frame units separately or altogether and pack into almost any vehicle. The side plunger (on the frame) allows you to easily tilt the seating. Front casters swivel 360 degrees or lock in position. The frame is spring loaded to dampen shock on rough terrain. The seating and optional positioners are all height and depth adjustable to allow for growth. When adjusting the height of the seating system via the seat back, all positioners being used on the seat travel with that adjustment and simplify the process.

Available in two sizes to span infants up to 88 pounds (regardless of age), the Stingray fits a wide range of children. Removable seating can be used without the mobility base. Gas struts allows for smooth movement from high to low positions. The frame allows for forty degrees of tilt. Recline is still possible on this base because it is a function of the seating system, not the base. Size 1 adjusts from 6.5"-23.5" base plate to floor. Size 2 adjusts from 9.75"-23.75" base plate to floor.

Choose between the optional one-step activation of wheel locks with the Central Foot Brake or the optional individual hand operated brakes. Base model comes standard with individual wheel locks (hand brakes and central wheel locks are optional). Solid tires with 7" front casters and quick release 12.5" rear wheels are standard. Quick release wheels are not available with hand brakes. Handle is height adjustable with two positions for caregiver comfort.

Footrests are offered with your choice of short 8.25" or long 11" elevating rods. Foot plates are height and angle adjustable and fit both sizes of seats. Footstraps with plastic locks are optional. More accessories are shown below.

Upholstery is removable for washing and offered in several bright colors shown below. Public transportation tie-downs are offered optionally to ensure safety.
