Used in hospitals, at physical therapy practices, and in other healthcare facilities, hospital step stools can be used to help patients get in and out of bed. After surgery or after having been administered medications that may affect balance, foot step stools make it easier for patients to get in and out of bed.

Imperial Surgical's Aluminum Stackable Step Stools come prepackaged, with 4 units per order. Ergonomic, stable, and designed to conserve floor space when stored, the foot stools hold together simply and securely. The lightweight stools lock end to end.

On the top of the Aluminum Stackable Step Stools has an anti-slip surface that is smooth enough for bare feet, yet it grips enough so that even smooth soled shoes will not slide. With a 300 lb. weight capacity, the heavy duty design is strong and robust to handle a variety of patient sizes.

Increased Compression Depth When Using a Step Stool during CPR
Using the Aluminum Stackable Step Stools during cardiopulmonary resuscitation results in increased compression depth. These deeper chest compressions help save lives because the higher the healthcare worker's waist is in comparison to the patient, the more of the rescuer's body weight can be used to generate force. If the rescuer is at a lower height than the patient, they must rely on only using their upper body strength, which results in decreased compression depth.

Featuring a New and Improved Design
Imperial Surgical has recently improved the Aluminum Stackable Step Stool design, removing the rubber corners because they were a source for collecting fluid (picture 3 above). This lead to the degradation of the rubber. Also, by adding an anti-slip surface, better stability is provided. These new models still stack with the older version step stools.

The Aluminum Stackable Step Stools are covered under a 7 year warranty for structure and parts.
