The Shoulder Immobilizer supports the arm while also keeping the shoulder and arm from moving. The shoulder support brace includes a chest strap, upper arm cuff, a wrist strap cuff, and a shoulder strap. Designed to limit shoulder and abduction rotation, the Shoulder Immobilizer can be used to treat glenohumeral acromioplasty, rotator cuff surgical repairs, anterior glenohumeral capsular reconstruction, and anterior dislocation of the G-H joint.

The Shoulder Immobilizer, which fits both men and women, keeps the arm and shoulder from moving. Since the unique contoured chest immobilizes the upper arm, it eliminates the need for a humeral cuff. strap fits both male and female users. Both the shoulder strap and forearm cuff may be placed in the desired position, and a hook and loop closure provides easy application. The Shoulder Immobilizer fits either the left or right arm.

How to Apply the Shoulder Immobilizer
You will need assistance when initially applying and removing. Wrap the waist band around your chest just under the breast area and secure the closure - can be worn under clothing. Attach the hook and loop portion of the arm strap to the waist band under your injured arm. The strap should be around the mid portion of the upper arm. Wrap the wrist strap so that the hook will attach to the waist band. Bring your arm up to a comfortable position by bending your elbow. Attach the wrist strap to the front of the waistband. Place the shoulder strap over the shoulder of the arm that is not injured. Attach the hook end to the back of the waist band. Secure the slide buckle end to the front of the waist band. Secure the slide buckle end to the front of the waist band. Secure the slide buckle end to the front of the waist band and adjust, for your comfort. Adjust as needed.

Shoulder Immobilizer Care Instructions
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring). Air-dry away from heat. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
