Clinicians appreciate this table's full height adjustment and section mobility so that patients can be placed in the proper position for maximum results with minimum effort. A unique bar-activated hi-lo switch control is accessible around the entire length of the table. This feature allows the practitioner to control the lowering and raising of the table without having to take their hands off the patient or their feet off the floor. The hi-lo motor is rated for 1798 lbs. of force, although the table has a 500 lb. capacity.
For easy patient transfers on and off the Armedica Three Section Top Power Adjustable Treatment Table, the table lowers to 18". This allows the patient to easily transfer in and out of a wheelchair or other mobility device. For ideal interaction with the clinician, the table can be raised to 37".
The cushion frames are constructed of 34" cabinet-grade birch plywood. Each Armedica AM-BA300 Power Adjustable Treatment Table has 1.5 in. thick firm-density foam upholstery with 34 oz. heavy-duty vinyl with a Permablok 3 anti-bacterial coating. The corners are radiused and seamless. All top sections have separate welded steel support frames, and pivoting joints have hardened steel shoulder bolts. The caster base includes four four-inch total-lock ball-bearing casters for smooth and easy mobility throughout the clinical setting.
Four heavy-duty total lock swivel casters make it easy to move the table where needed. Constructed of heavy-duty, 11 gauge steel tubing with all pivoting points having hardened steel shoulder bolts, the hi-lo treatment table is built to withstand heavy use in busy practices.
With 3 angle-adjustable sections, the treatment table can place the patient in virtually any position. The head section lowers to 90 degrees and raises to 45 degrees. The center section is held securely in place until the spring-loaded lever lock is released, then it can be elevated up to 30 degrees to accommodate postural drainage. The foot section can be raised to 78 degrees, creating a comfortable backrest when the patient is in a seated position.
To safely hold the patient in position until the lock is released, release knobs are located on both sides of the table. This knob does not need to be used when lifting the section. It only needs to be used when lowering the section.
The table is covered by an eighteen-month warranty from the manufacturer.
