The Active Wrap Thermal Knee Support by DeRoyal is a great compression device that can be used with cold therapy. Unlike other thermal therapy methods, this device is able to implement cold treatment within its anatomically shaped compression wrap. DeRoyals Active Wrap Thermal Knee Support comes equipped with either two, three, or four reusable gel packs. Each gel pack is capable of thermal therapy using cold temperatures. These thermal gel packs fit nicely into each knee compression wrap for a comfortable and therapeutic experience. The gel packs may be quickly removed and repositioned. The versatile gel pack placement provides users with targeted pain reduction.
