It's worked out well- it seems to be effective for our main use, which is plantar fasciitis. We have done one treatment a week for four weeks, and it hasn't broken down and seems to deliver the pressure waves needed.
The only thing I would want to be added would be to have the name of the structure and have the name of the body parts that would be affected by certain settings so you don't need to look at a manual.
