Large rear wheels allow the Pool Wheelchair with Mesh Sling Seat to be self-propelled. Use the Pool Wheelchair with Mesh Sling Seat for transportation, showering, or as a pool access chair for aquatic therapy. Some assembly may be required; use a manual screwdriver or a cordless drill.

I have been wanting to get into the swimming pool in the complex where I live under my own steam, as it were, since I moved here. Now at last I can because this chair is so very successful. There is one small thing against it and that is that it’s wider than I thought, which means my arms have a bit of bother using the wheels. Yes it is worth having.
