Following internal fixation of proximal tibial fractures or the removal of an external fixation device, the Orlando can be effective for either non-operative or post-operative treatment.

The femoral component is a posterior shell with a low-density tongue. Clamshell Tibial component has a formed patella bar.

"PTB"-type design with padded anterior component provides rotational control and more circumferential hydraulics, allowing fit as early as 2-6 weeks post-fracture.

The pre-fabricated Orlando Tibial Plateau Fx Bracing System addresses many of the problems associated with the non-operative orthotic treatment of this potentially difficult fracture.

Designed by biomechanical engineers in conjunction with an orthodontist with over 30 years of clinical experience with tibial plateau fracture bracing on a custom basis.
