What comes with in the Oakworks Side Lying Positioning System Package?

In development for almost a year with the help of top pregnancy instructors who are very focused on correctly positioning people in the most comfortable way, every detail was considered. Each pad has unique features that insure that the client is properly supported and fits a wide range of body types and sizes. The system also offers the flexibility to be used as a backrest and a seated support.

How does each cushion assist patients with comfortable lying positions?

The head rest cushion is designed with a unique cut away build, helping to provide proper cervical support and body alignment. This brings patients into a more relaxed state for treatment sessions or general sleep sessions.

Next, the torso cushion is made of Oakworks' super soft Aero-Cel foam padding, providing a cradling effect to relieve pressure off the patient's shoulder and hip. Additionally, its unique multi-density lower layers ensure torso stability, preventing the patient from rolling during treatment.

Contoured for comfort, the Leg Cushion is structured to bring proper alignment of the patient's hips and legs. Consisting of Aero-Cel foam, it provides two different heights for custom support, including additional leg security by cradle.

The use-anywhere Adjuster Wedge allows clinicians to make custom adjustments to the patient's positioning for additional comfort and convenience.

Lastly, the Pillow Cover and Strap is made of 100% polyurethane fabric, bringing a hygienic and professional look and way for pillow use. NOTE: The Cover and Strap system do not come with a pillow.
