The innovative design of the arm pillow helps prevent internal rotation contractures that can occur with conventional sling use.

This support is ideal for use following shoulder dislocations or subluxations, shoulder strains, rotator cuff repairs, and recovery during post-surgical anterior shoulder repairs which also enables easy use with cast-bearing forearms and wrist. The positioning of this support provides 15 degrees of shoulder abduction and improved air flow at the axilla for improved comfort. A detachable soft foam ball provides wrist-hand-palmar arch support and promotes gripping to help maintain muscle tone and stimulate circulation.

This shoulder support features an arm sling that is constructed with breathable, non-stretch mesh fabric that attaches easily to either side of the arm pillow with convenient hook and loop fasteners.
