This Non-invasive ventilation (NIV) Mask is used for the management of both acute and chronic respiratory failure. This mask can be used in a home or hospital setting. The mask covers the nose and mouth and rests on the chin, the sides of the nose and mouth, and the nasal bridge. Full face masks, such as this, are normally better tolerated than nasal masks.
These NIV Masks are disposable and designed for single patient use. Each mask comes with a 4-point headgear. The headgear has Velcro fasteners to provide versatility and movement. This mask fits the standard 22 mm tubing at the attachment point. Also, at the attachment point, the elbow can swivel 360-degrees.
