We had hoped that this item was the awnser to giving my husband a means of sitting up in bed to transfer to his wheelchair. It DOES NOT WORK!!! It has a very hard surface to lay on. He needs the item to sit him up, but it requires him to be getting on the Sit U Up which is approx. 3 inches above the existing mattress. His muscle strength does not allow use of this item. Yes it will raise you up, but, it is impossible to sleep on, very narrow and a very hard surface.
I am told the heavily discounted refund will not be issued for up to seven weeks after they have received my returned item? Wow! Rehab Mart will have used my money over four months with shipping delays and their response times figured in! Buyer beware!!!
