The Ultrasonic Cleaner from Mada Medical is designed to use high-frequency, high-intensity sound waves to clean MadaJet needle-free injectors and other general surgical instruments.
This device works well with most cleaning solutions, but it works great with the
General Purpose Cleaner for Ultrasonic Cleaner Devices by Mada Medical.
Combining high-frequency sonic vibrations and a sound-conduction liquid cleaner to provide a jetting action of collapsing cavitation bubbles designed to contact and explode on surfaces, medical and dental facilities widely use this cleaning system to help penetrate and clean any surface of a MedaJet needle-free injector or other medical instruments that may include blind holes, parts with complex geometry, thread roots, and minuscule surface contours.
This unit includes digital and adjustable heat controls, powerful frequency controls for 28 kHz or 40 kHz, a 99-minute timer, a custom cover with two holes that will accommodate two MadaJet needle-free injectors at the same time, a custom rack, a universal basket, and a 3.38-quart size cleaning tank capacity. Each tank and body are carefully inspected for durability and strength, and will provide a super-strength cleaning every time.
