Each cabinet, from the 27-inch to 54-inch height, possesses a powerful weight limit of 400-pounds for heavy equipment safety. The double door cabinet multi-purpose carts are wider and deeper than the single door models. Some of the most memorable times for a child in the classroom are days when the teacher pulls out the AV cart to assist in a teaching lesson. At times the cart will be filled with supplies for an art or science project that increases creativity, problem-solving, or scientific exploration. Other times the cart can be affixed with a television to play an instructional safety video for an entry-level chemistry class. These cabinets are easy to clean for use in sanitary settings such as kitchens, laboratories, or hospitals.

The Rolling Multi-Shelf AV Carts by Luxor are available in two main sizes with or without a cabinet. Each model has a unique height, yet similar depths and widths. The AV carts with double doors are wider and deeper than the single door cabinet units. The standard AV carts are 24-inches wide and 18-inches deep while the wide AV carts are 32-inches wide and 24-inches deep. The height and style of cabinetry are available for you to choose from. Each Luxor AV Cart supports an incredible weight limit of 400-pounds.

The frame and shelves are made of molded plastic. The cabinets are made of 20-gauge steel. Each Luxor AV Cart comes equipped with 4-inch casters that allow 360-degree mobility in tight rooms and corridors. The molded plastic material is intelligently designed to prevent dents, scratches, rust, and stains from occurring on the durable AV cart. The steel construction of the cabinetry ensures that the internal contents remain safe and locked away for use in the future. The locking cabinet is the first step in theft prevention.

Two of the caster wheels are featured with locking brakes. Each mobile unit comes with an ergonomic handle located on the topmost shelf. The handle is molded into the frame for extra support to extend the longevity of your multi-purpose AV cart. The handle has two handholds that are cut into the frame. Additionally, there is extra width built into the handle so you can secure an electrical cord around the extended edges. Lastly, each shelf has a raised edge of 0.25-inches to prevent objects from slipping, rolling, or falling off. The 42-inch tall AV cart has a bottom shelf height of 17.75-inches. The top shelf has an internal height of 14-inches.
