What is the minimum pool depth requirement for the Lolo?
Answer: The Lolo has no minimum pool depth as it can be stopped at any position during lowering.
My lift keeps chattering while it's moving. How can I fix this?
Answer: If you hear chattering while you're using the lift be aware that it may be caused by air being in the cylinder, a dirty cylinder, or a worn top collar. To resolve these issues please see the user manual. the air in the cylinder can be resolved by running the unit 5-7 times up and down while assisting the motion. The top collar can be replaced. Please contact us for further assistance.
What is the recommended anchor location for the Lolo ADA Swimming Pool Lift??
Answer: The recommended location for anchor placement is in or near the shallow end of the pool which should have sufficient deck space and operational area. The lift should be installed in a location that is clear from obstacles and other hazards.
