This Lightweight Steel Frame Transport Chair is designed with both patient comfort and caregiver convenience in mind. Durable steel makes up the solid foundation that can support up to 250 pounds, while breathable nylon serves as the upholstery that is both comfortable to sit in and easy to wipe clean. The sheer black material, along with black accents and the silver vein finish on the frame, give the chair a sleek, attractive look that will sit at home with any established d½cor. The silver vein finish also acts as a protective, scratch-resistant coating that increases the longevity of the steel.

The full-length arms are padded and covered with the same black nylon, making them soft and comfortable for patients to both rest their arms on and use as stability supports getting in and out of the chair. A lower-waist seatbelt provides added security to both patients and caregivers, especially when moving. Both footrests swing completely out of the way independently of one another, making transitions easier by removing the potential tripping hazards. The footrests are also independently detachable without the use of tools, allowing caregivers to quickly remove and reattach footrests as needed.
