Sleeping in this position puts stress on your sciatic joint. The Legacy Leg Pillow aligns your back and hips to their natural position. This pillow helps you sleep better because it provides back support, hip support, cushions your knees, and aligns your spine to its natural position.

The Legacy Leg Pillow is 20% longer than traditional leg positioning pillows. The extra length gives support to both your legs and knees. The extra thick support prevents bone on bone rubbing.

The center of the pillow is concaved to snugly fit between your thighs. The edges of the pillow taper upward so the pillow will stay in place and not easily slip between your legs.

The Legacy Leg Pillow is ergonomically designed to promote air circulation. The several small holes in the pillow allows ventilation. The design makes the pillow breathable and prevents your legs from becoming hot and sweaty.

For cleaning purposes, the pillow's cover can be removed and machine washed. The cover is quilted and breathable when in use.
