The Best TENS/EMS Combo Unit on the market
The iRelieve TENS and EMS system is hands down the best overall value if you are looking for value and affordability. The current version is the 3rd or 4th generation, so the AAA batteries are gone they've and have been replaced with an internal rechargeable battery. I believe it is a lithium battery, because I have been able to use the unit for up to 5 hours in a single day. The battery is charged via an included Micro-USB charger and cord. Operating the unit is a breeze. 1. I charged the battery overnight before using just to make sure I had a full initial charge 2. The unit is extremely easy to use. It has 6 settings for both the TENS mode and the EMS mode. TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation and EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. 3. You can choose between 6 pre-set modes both when choosing either TENS usage or EMS usage. 4. The electrode pads are good quality, the measure about 1.5" x 1.5" and they are square in shape. 5. I really like the new belt clip that the unit is housed in. You can clip it to your belt, your front pocket, or even to the waistline of your jeans. 6. This is a great overall unit and it offers plenty of juice from just a mild trickle e-stim all the way up to higher levels of throughput intensity that will give any applicable muscle group a jolt. Don'[t worry, the ramp-up mode allow the user to ramp up the stim to an intensity level that is both comfortable for the user 7. I love the dual channels which means you can operate all 4 pads at once. 8. I am an Occupational Therapist and I recommend this TENS / EMS unit often to my patients and colleagues. 9. You can't go wrong with this unit. It simply works! ... And it is a compact, powerful, affordable and easy to use system. iReliev has become a great brand name in the electro-therapy marketplace as well over the last few years. 10. I highly recommend it!
