The Hardcoat Acrylic Mirror is ideal for places that need impact-resistant reflective surfaces that are exposed to high traffic or potential hazardous recreation such as school or fitness gyms, therapy centers, school locker rooms, daycares, theaters, restrooms, and so much more. Hardcoat Acrylic Mirrors combines that safety of glassless mirrors with the ability to clean routinely with regular (non-abrasive) cleaners without damaging the reflective surface of the mirror.
The Hardcoat Mirror has an aluminum frame that has the mirror secured to it with a monolithic laminate. This gives the mirror panel rigidity and eliminates the problems of the flimsy acrylic sheet wobble. The mirror is constructed with a proprietary process that laminates the acrylic to a flat backing. This eliminates 90% of possible distortions that could occur during the lamination process. However, due to the use of acrylic, slight distortions are normal but do not exceed that of normal glass mirrors.
The mirror can be mounted on a variety of surfaces and stands vertically, horizontally, hanging, tilted, rolling, stationary, and more. The lightweight design accommodates so many more mounting options than traditional glass and the shatter-resistance gives peace-of-mind of occupant safety.
