This patient helper is designed not only to smoothly slide beneath most any bedframe, but also to fit through standard doors when fully assembled for easy portability. Two small wheels on the rear of the base ensure the device requires little effort to transport. Two models are available with 600- and 850-pound weight capacities to ensure there is a trapeze for any patient. The 36-inch boom suspends a handle over the patient that they can use to raise themselves up, assisting with transitions in and out of bed and with granting easier access to caregivers and physicians for treatments and examinations.

FREIGHT DAMAGE:. All GF product ships FOB Factory, and risk of loss/title to the goods passes to the buyer at our dock when the carrier signs the BOL. Buyers should carefully inspect all packages upon receipt, and note any damages with the carrier prior to accepting shipment. GF is not responsible for products damaged in transit. Should a load arrive with packaging damaged in any way, specific damages should be noted on the carrier’s Delivery Receipt. If the load has significant damage, it should be refused and returned to GF “FREE ASTRAY,” and GF’s Customer Service team should be notified immediately. In the case of freight damaged equipment returned to our plant, GF will assess the damages to repair the item on a “billable repair” basis. At that point, the buyer has a repair invoice to support a freight claim with the carrier. Buyers may make their own freight arrangements or use a carrier of our choice, but all loads are shipped FOB Factory.

The Bariatric Trapeze bar is an assistance device that is designed to slide easily under most bedframes on the head end. The 36-inch boom extension suspends a triangular-shaped handle that patients can confidently use to lift themselves up for a variety of purposes, including transitioning in and out of the bed and during treatments or examinations to allow greater access to the caregiver or practitioner.

The 68-inch height and 26-inch width easily fits through standard doors, and with the two small wheels on the rear end of the base of the trapeze, the entire device can be rolled from room to room without needing to be disassembled. The base of the trapeze is 61 inches long and requires very little clearance, ensuring it slides smoothly under most bed frames.

The patient helper is built to last and durable enough to support up to either 600 or 850 pounds, depending on model, to accommodate any patient.
