DeRoyal's Functional ACL Knee Brace is an innovative knee brace designed to provide the wearer with comfort, support, and protection across the knee region. The brace is equipped with a posterior calf cuff that is specially designed to reduce pressure to the tibia. Joining this, the brace's condyle pads are designed to be interchangeable as needed to ensure an ideal, comfortable fit with each use. Finally, the brace features a silicone grip on the liner of the calf strap that helps to prevent it from moving or migrating downward during use.

Beyond the useful comfort and support features of the brace, there are also multiple features that improve the overall convenience of its use. One notably valuable convenience feature is the brace's numbered strapping system. The straps of the brace are numbered to match the location where they should be applied, which makes putting on the brace quick and intuitive. Another convenient feature of the brace is its wide selection of sizes. The brace is available in Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and 2X-Large sizes.

Answer: It is recommended that you wear the brace whenever you are not in bed unless specified by your doctor. However, you may wear the brace in bed for the first few nights or until your pain starts to go away. Not wearing the brace at night will help avoid muscle stiffness due to a lack of knee movement.
