Baileys Fixed Width Platform Mounted Parallel Bars are a therapeutic tool designed to add a variety of treatment possibilities to hospitals, therapy clinics, rehabilitative centers, and doctors offices. While fixed in width, the bars are height adjustable, increasing the range of patients who can use them.
Available in two lengths, both models adjust in height from 26 to 44, and are mounted on a tapered wood platform with optional chrome-plated platform hole caps. For therapists working with young children, a fixed childs handrail attachment can be chosen as an additional feature and is available on both the 10 or 12 model.
Doctors and hospitals may use these parallel bars to evaluate balance and gait, while physical therapists may use them to remediate the same, in addition to endurance work.
