The E-Series Hand-Held UVA Lamp provides optimum ultraviolet irradiance for a bright fluorescent response in an indoor laboratory. Using two 4 watt integrally filtered UV-A tubes, the E-Series Hand-Held UVA Lamp can be used to diagnose skin issues, corneal scratches, and to examine urine for antifreeze detection. To operate the E-Series Hand-Held UVA Lamp, simply plug in the power cord to a power outlet and press and hold the on/off switch until it turns on or off.

The E-Series Handheld UVA Lamps can be used in laboratories to sterilize medical equipment and surfaces by providing optimum ultraviolet irradiance. The devices can be used outside of laboratories to examine for bodily fluids, skin conditions, and other variables. These are fantastic lightweight, mobile UVA lamps for medical or surgical settings. There are four similar models available. There are different bulb quantities, peak intensity outputs, wattages, and sizes to choose from.

They are powered by a standard electrical outlet. There is a power switch on the top side located close to the handle. The light may flicker for a few seconds after initial power is turned on. This will go away as the lamp warms up. These devices are CSA certified.

There are removable end caps that allow easy access to the bulb(s). This is helpful when it is time to replace a bulb. The housing is constructed from silver-anodized aluminum. This makes the handheld UV lamp sleek in design and durable against bumps.
