The PneuWeight Unweighting System allows patients to perform therapeutic activities in an upright, functional position in a safe and secure environment for both client and practitioner. This system features a unique cantilevered design for unobstructed access, and provides the largest range of unweighting in the industry at 0 to 300 lbs. 360 degree rotation provides total freedom of motion and allows effective multi-planar exercise. It includes 30" of vertical oscillation, offering Balance and Exercise modes, as well as a drop-stop.
The system can be used over most exercise equipment, including treadmills, vibration platforms, and balance equipment for safe and comfortable patient accommodation in a range of versatile applications. Sturdy and simple to use control panel enables easy operation, while the patented support vest comfortably adjusts for a precise, customized fit that accommodates each user's body. The adjustable height range from 7'11" to 8'8" enables better accommodation for different user heights and different exercise equipment.

The patented PneuVest is designed to comfortably support the patient during unweighting. Each vest also includes an ischial tuberosity strap and leg straps designed to alter and improve hip and gait problems.
Ultima Vest - Vest has multiple adjustment points to help improve patient posture, increase or decrease lumbar lordosis, and unweight left or right SI independently. Using both the upper and the lower belt, the weight removed is dispersed evenly between the waist and the buttock. Using only the upper belt, a patient can be lowered onto a commode or positioned to change pants, etc., without interference from the lower strap. If the patient is unable to take the pressure, the upper belt can be undone so that most of the weight is dispersed onto the lower belt.
