The DeRoyal Foot Drop Support provides a comfortable, wrappable brace for foot drop issues, and as a prevention and part of a treatment plan for decubitus ulcers (bedsores). Featuring soft, breathable and latex-safe high-density foam composition, this specialized support additionally highlights an adjustable, hook-receivable, anti-rotation strap to securely hold the foot in a comfortable, neutral position, enabling heel suspension and flotation.

Specially designed to help with foot drop, a condition characterized as the inability to lift the toes and/or lift the foot from the ankle, this foot support device can also be utilized for the prevention and treatment of decubitus ulcers occurring on the bony prominences of the feet and ankles.

Its soft, cushy foam construction lightly cradles the foot in a preferably neutral position. This results in heel flotation, a medical therapy often used to treat foot drop, or the incapability to lift the foot from the ankle and/or the toes from the foot.

Because of its permeable, high-density foam construction, this Foot Drop Support is also often appropriated for both the prevention and treatment of decubitus ulcers, also known as bedsores and pressure ulcers. The breathability of the material and the light suspension of the heel and foot greatly reduce pressure and heat retention, as both of these conditions can lead to skin breakdown and sores that can be painful and hard to heal.

This firm, but cozy foundational support comes with a hook-receivable anti-rotation strap that can be adjusted for different sizes and tensions, while the foot drop support itself comes in a universal size to fit everyone.
