The rating is for the feedback system, not the product. I purchased two items and tried to leave feedback for one of them. The system required me to do "all or none". I havent used this item enough to want to rate it yet. It will not let me push a glass on to it enough to wash the inside bottom, yet. I wanted to wait to rate it until I had broken it in.
