The Comfort Wide 8000 Power Adjustable Bariatric Bed provides the user with excellent comfort and accommodation, while providing the caretaker with a convenient, versatile bed that is easy to use, store, and transport. This bed features comfort wide technology that enables easy adjustment from 35 to 39, 42, and 48 with no tools needed, to better accommodate larger users or those that like to stretch out during sleep. The height can be adjusted from a minimum of 9 to a maximum of 25 for easier, more comfortable patient transfers.

For versatility and convenience of use this bed can achieve a variety of positions including Trendelenburg, Reverse Trendelenburg, and Cardiac Chair via the easy-to-use five-function handset. This bed is designed with clear, unobstructed access for lifts or assistive devices, and can be quickly and easily assembled or disassembled in just minutes to allow easy storage and facilitate temporary use when needed.

This bed is constructed with lightweight tubular steel to add strength, while pivoting steel joints include hardened steel bushings or high bolts to add durability for a bed you can rely on for years to come. The frame also includes soft, non-marking wall bumpers to minimize damage and impact on the surrounding room.

The Bariatric Non-Powered Mattress is a dual-layered foam mattress that evenly distributes pressure and provides exceptional comfort for the user. The top layer is constructed from high-density foam for soft, supportive comfort, while the bottom layer is made of ultra-dense and resilient foam that provides extra support and stability. The heel section is uniquely designed to properly regulate heat and moisture for a better sleep.

The Bariatric Power Plus Mattress is an inflatable mattress that incorporates 10 air cells in a cell-on-cell design to add comfort and provide safety in case of a power outage. It can transition between four cycle times (10, 15, 20, or 25 minutes) to better suit your preferences and needs. This mattress features a low air-loss design that helps regulate and maintain proper heat and moisture levels in order to reduce skin maceration. It also comes equipped with a convenient CPR tab to quickly deflate the bed.
