"One knee surgery was done 3 weeks ago and one more to go in another 4.I can't imagine anything better than this product. I was extremely swollen because I overdid the first week, and as soon as your product arrived I used it and the swelling went down in about one week, which help me start my physical therapy and properly progress through it. I recommend this product for sure. Make sure you have it prior to surgery so that you can get icing down as soon as possible. I learned the hard way! - Trish M."
"I needed ice/cold therapy after my knee surgery. It came in quickly and it's very easy to use. I saw a tip to ice up small plastic drink 'bottles for the ice. Yes, highly recommend this product. I use a portable stand to elevate the machine. It is very well designed. - Robert F."
"I recommend putting this on a low stool with wheels, or a chair with wheels if you want to move it around. The hose is also difficult to snap into place but got a lot easier with time. The hose comes from the top, making it twist a bit from the machine. Because of this, you need to place the machine a bit forward of the hose (if you're lying down.) No complaints as to the functionality! - Frances I."
