More Information

The Centura shoulder CPM, Centura B&W is used while the patient lies in bed or sits in a wheelchair. Shoulder rehabilitation can now start earlier when limitations of beds and wheelchairs exist. Programming through the hand control allows for extension/flexion movements. Load reverse ensures patient protection when excessive force is exerted on the joint. The adjustment parameters can be blocked when needed. The parameters reset when changing the movement to allow an incompatible range of motion with the patient condition. The automatic movement can be set at continuous or manual. Function detection of the maximum patient range of motion can be set in a manual or bypass mode.

The Centura Bed & Wheelchair CPM is a shoulder continuous passive motion device enabling the following movements:
  • Flexion / Extension Arm STRAIGHT from 0 to 110 degrees.
  • Flexion / Extension Arm FLEXED from 30 to 110 degrees.

This CPM Machine features a maximum arc of movement of 110 degrees with an adjustment of the angular range allowing to adapt to the position of the patient.
