For heart rate monitoring, it is also equipped with contact heart rate sensors on the lower handles and a chest strap receiver, with chest strap not included.
The C5i comes complete with 40 available exercise programs that are easy to navigate and specially designed by exercise physiologists to ensure that users of all fitness levels get the most out of their workout. These programs are categorized into Heart Rate, Weight Loss, Sports Training, Active Living, and custom. Overall there are four heart rate programs, ten weight loss programs, fourteen sports training programs, and ten healthy living programs, then if you happen to want a program thats not automatically included there are two custom program options that allow you to create your own. This bike is also Bluetooth compatible to easily upload your workout data to your favorite app for easy and accurate tracking of your progress and goals.
